In preparation for moving my blog here from Blogger (yeah about 3 yrs late) and to make a small contribution to the very cool CouchDB community, here’s a list of “Couchy” product/app names that I’d like to see . Futon and Sofa are taken, BTW,  for those not yet clued into the CouchDB phenomenon.  Please feel free to use them.

Auttoman – scripted testing for couchapps

Chaise – Debugger (helps you ..er “chaise” bugs)

AccelerentChair – performance enhancing plugin

Throw – JS exception handler

Carp-it – issues tracker software written using Couch 

Pillows – Back(end) support – i.e. Erlang tools to debug Couch problems

Covers – Set of standard CSS skins for couchapps, like “themes” 

JS_Sayin  Javascript chat  ( I know there’s already one of thse but “JS_Sayin” seems like a better name than Toast )
